Scorpio V Mini Stabilized Head
- Pan, Tilt and Roll has a speed of 2 seconds x 360º
- Smart construction to allow use standard cameras with standard accessories
- All the connections, covers and movements are protected for water allowing to work under humidity or rain without rain cover for the head.
- The new method of control allows to be stable on the drift and easy to maintain the horizon with the new real horizon function.
- Possibility to disconnect back PAN without losing stabilization.
- The main thing in a Stabilized Head is the level of Stabilization. The Mini Scorpio Stabilized Head V incorporates new mechanics and electronics designed in detecting a big range of frequencies of vibrations and with enough speed to correct faster than other heads. Is for that, the vibrations isolator becomes an accessory to use only in necessary cases.
The Scorpio V Mini stabilized head sets a new level of stabilization in the small size and weight category. Building on the principles and engineering of the Scorpio V stabilized head, the design and capabilities of the new gyros and mechanics, combined with new software makes this head small and light with strong stabilization and capacity. The Scorpio V Mini’s stabilization is designed to detect a broad range of frequencies of vibrations and with enough speed to correct faster than other heads.
This 3-axis head can carry up to 45 pounds of camera payload, and can be controlled using handwheels, a joystick, or a pan bar. It is possible to program repeatable movements, limits, dampening, and speed adjustments for all axes. The dimensions of the Scorpio V Mini are 21 inches tall underslung or 19 inches tall overslung, 18 inches wide, and 19 inches deep.
